Shaun Wardle is an accomplished business executive with extensive expertise in commercial real estate and a proven track record in large-scale development, now serving as Senior Advisor, Commercial Infrastructure Development at CO\\OP Studios.

After graduating from the University of Idaho, Shaun rejoined his family's business, the Idaho Athletic Club. Over two decades, he led the executive team, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth to become Idaho's largest fitness provider, with primary responsibility for new site acquisition and development. This culminated in the successful acquisition of the Idaho Athletic Club by Crunch Fitness in 2017.

Shaun's commitment to strategic development extends to the public sector. He was elected to the Meridian City Council in 2003, serving two terms as President, and later transitioned to the role of Executive Director for MDC, Meridian's Urban Renewal agency, in 2007. In this capacity, he spearheaded efforts on property acquisition and disposition and led the creation of a new master plan, demonstrating his deep understanding of infrastructure and urban development.

At CO\\OP Studios, Shaun's wealth of experience in commercial real estate, strategic site development, and public-private partnerships will be instrumental in building and expanding the physical and operational infrastructure necessary to realize the studio's vision for a new era of entertainment production. When not achieving business goals, Shaun can be found creating memories in Idaho's backcountry, reflecting his deep connection to the region.
